Paolo and the Language Angels team have been unwaveringly professional and supportive in upskilling us to confidently deliver the high-quality Language Angels Spanish curriculum at Manorfield Primary School. We have been impressed by the spiral-curriculum approach to secure children’s understanding of the 12 areas in the MFL Programs of Study, outlined by the DfE, and we have enormously benefitted from the personalised approach to planning our units to ensure progress and consistency, which the Language Angels team have offered us. The teachers appreciate the ease of the program, which is ‘ready to go’ whilst having a wide selection of extra resources to personalise individual class planning to (for example, if a teacher sees from the end-of-unit data that a class is weakest in Reading, there are plenty of opportunities to tweak the next unit to give the class more Reading practice). We have benefited enormously from both personalised training support for our school, and very informative free training sessions, which are regularly offered by Language Angels. Every time we’ve had a concern or a challenge, Paolo and the Language Angels team have been promptly supportive in every way, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Language Angels has definitely enhanced the way we teach Spanish at our school. The learning is progressive, built upon year-on-year and the resources are nothing short of excellent. Children at Stoneferry enjoy their weekly Spanish lessons and understand the importance of speaking a modern foreign language.

Language Angels has given us the scope to introduce Spanish across the school with confidence, despite having few linguists on the staff. The quality of the audio-visual resources is such that teachers - even those with no language experience - feel confident in delivering the lessons, and pupils hear good quality accents. Having each lesson planned out and resourced also means that we know from the off that our children get a good offer throughout their time with us.

Language Angels has enabled a non-specialist to succeed at teaching Spanish across the whole of Key Stage 2. The children are engaged and motivated and particularly enjoy the songs. The supporting documents provided in Curriculum Guidance were invaluable in the preparation for Ofsted and have ensured all necessary documentation, tailored to our school, is relevant, user friendly and current. The free termly CPD is tremendous and has made me feel part of a wider community and provided much needed reassurance. Thank you too for always being just an email away! I can't recommend Language Angels enough. It provides everything you need to make teaching MFL a success and more.

I thoroughly enjoy using the glossaries on Language Angels because they provide all the vocabulary that I need to teach each term and I can do some games with my students. The assessments are very clear, and it is relatively easy to track down a pupil’s progress. Every time that I contact Language Angels, I always receive an early reply. This shows great empathy and professionalism. Thank you very much for the brilliant resources and webinars that you provide. I find them very useful and they are helping me growing in my role as MFL Subject Leader.

We have found Language Angels invaluable as we have developed our primary teaching of modern foreign languages. The lessons are very comprehensive without being overwhelming. The structure of the lessons are clear and progressive. Our children really enjoy their Spanish lessons and have made very good progress since we started using the programme.

I just wanted to say how much we appreciate the Language Angels approach to MFL. We find the lesson plan structure so easy to use and saves us a huge amount of time in planning. I particularly like the "end of unit" assessments and our children are now used to completing these each time. The speaking and listening sections in particular. We are slowly getting used to the assessment process and no doubt this will prove useful too. Finally, the support and training is always very concise and well-focused on curriculum drivers.

The children and teachers in our school love using Language Angels to support our MFL curriculum. It is such a fun and interactive programme; the children love the games and songs, which really help to embed learning. It is so easy to use and to navigate, and teachers find using the programme makes it easier to prepare lessons. After a few years, when we have built up to using it progressively throughout the school, it will mean that children will be much more confident going into Year 7!

After researching a range of different MFL learning schemes, I found that Language Angels best suited the needs of my school. What really appealed to me was the wide range of resources that are accessible for all ages and abilities. My school has had fantastic support in establishing this scheme. Paolo worked closely with me to create a bespoke whole school overview that would help the children get the most out of their Spanish learning scheme. Language Angels integrated really smoothly into our weekly teaching. Despite having limited to no experience with teaching Spanish, my colleagues are becoming more confident in teaching Spanish with the support of their resources. All the children love their Spanish lessons in school and look forward to them every week. My year 1 class in particular have been learning about animals. They love the song that accompanies the learning and ask me to play it on repeat. I would fully recommend Language Angels to any teacher who are looking for a MFL teaching scheme.

I would just like to say how well received Language Angels is in our school. The videos, songs. PowerPoints and worksheets are enabling all staff to teach Spanish, even those who have never spoken Spanish themselves. It is particularly helpful to listen to native Spanish speakers so that the children can repeat words and phrases correctly. Your help with planning a mixed-age curriculum bespoke to our school has been great - we wouldn't have known where to start without your support. Finally, I would also like to say thank you for the Webinars which enable us to support SEND children and be ready for OFSTED.
